This October, we’re gathering for a deeply intimate Men’s Awakening Workshop in a beautiful private setting in Florida.

A small circle.
A safe and sacred container.
Brotherhood and belonging.
Nature.
Deep inner work.
And 3 days devoted to reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.

Through transformative breathwork, guided meditation, honest sharing, experiential exercises, journaling, ice baths, reflection, connection, and integration, we’ll create space to gently explore what’s beneath the surface — what you may be carrying, what may be ready to release, and what wants to come alive within you.

This isn’t only for someone who feels “stuck” or is going through something difficult.
